Where It All Began
Martha’s journey in the hairdressing world began in 2008, driven by creativity and a deep passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful. By 2016, she opened her first salon, which later grew into a network of seven thriving locations and a team of over 80 incredible individuals.
These formative years shaped her understanding of leadership, culture, marketing, and what it truly takes to build a successful salon business. Her experience laid the foundation for the education she now shares - real, lived wisdom designed to help salon owners and managers grow with clarity and direction.

After her own decade-long journey of growth, resilience, and transformation, she is devoted to equipping others with the tools to lead with purpose, create stronger teams, and inspire lasting change in their salons and personal lives
Heart Behind the Work
Martha’s personal experiences make her approach uniquely relatable and deeply human. She has navigated divorce, lost 40 kilos, completed her first marathon, and rebuilt her life with strength and determination. As a mum to two daughters, her leadership is grounded in empathy, resilience, and leading by example.
